Where can I buy a lifted or custom Toyota truck in Tampa, FL?
Stadium Trucks at Gettel Stadium Toyota, 5088 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33614, about a mile from Raymond James Stadium. Browse current Tacoma and Tundra inventory on this page or call 813-358-1002 to ask about trucks set up with lifts, wheel and tire packages and other upgrades.
Can I customize a new Toyota truck before I take delivery?
Yes. Choose the Tacoma or Tundra grade you want, then work with the Stadium Trucks team to add Genuine Toyota, TRD and other accessories before delivery, so your truck is set up the way you want on day one.
Can Stadium Trucks upgrade the Toyota truck I already own?
Yes. Bring your Tacoma, Tundra or other Toyota to Gettel Stadium Toyota in Tampa and our parts and service team will help you choose upgrades that fit your model and how you drive, then handle the installation.
Will a lift kit or aftermarket parts void my Toyota warranty?
Not automatically. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your entire warranty just because aftermarket parts are installed, but repairs for damage caused by those parts may not be covered. Genuine Toyota and TRD accessories carry their own Toyota warranty coverage. Ask our team how a specific upgrade affects your coverage before you install it.
Tacoma or Tundra: which is better for Florida off-roading?
It depends on how you use your truck. The midsize Toyota Tacoma is easier to place on narrow trails and in tight parking, and its TRD Off-Road, TRD Pro and Trailhunter grades are built for off-road use. The full-size Toyota Tundra offers up to 437 horsepower with the i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain and up to 12,000 lbs. of maximum towing, which makes it the stronger pick for larger boats, campers and heavy loads.
How much can a Toyota Tundra tow?
Toyota rates the 2026 Tundra for up to 12,000 lbs. of maximum towing when properly equipped. The exact rating depends on cab, bed, drivetrain and grade, so check the specific truck you are considering, and ask our team to match it to your boat or trailer.
What is the difference between Tacoma TRD Off-Road, TRD Pro and Trailhunter?
Tacoma TRD Off-Road adds Bilstein monotube shocks with piggyback reservoirs and trail-focused features. TRD Pro pairs the i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain with 2.5-inch FOX Internal Bypass QS3 shocks for high-speed off-road performance. Trailhunter is Toyota's overlanding grade, with Old Man Emu 2.5-inch forged monotube shocks, a high-mount air intake, rock rails and an ARB steel rear bumper with recovery hooks.
What tires work best for Florida sand and soft ground?
All-terrain tires with an open, self-cleaning tread are a popular choice for Central Florida sand, shell roads and wet grass because they keep grip off-road without giving up daily comfort on Tampa streets. The right size depends on your truck and any lift, so our team will recommend a wheel and tire package that fits your setup.
